Her research focuses on innovation, leadership, and organizational transformation.

Jacqueline Holzer is Dean of the Lucerne School of Design, Film, and Art, Switzerland. Formerly head of BA and MA theater programs at Zurich University of the Arts, she also served as Professor at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Her research spans cultural studies, sociology of science, digital transformation, and innovation.

Prof. Pierre-Yves Kocher is a faculty member and researcher at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Switzerland. His work focuses on innovation and knowledge management, emphasizing organizational learning and development to foster creativity and knowledge application.
