Previously he held numerous positions at Zarqa University including Dean of Faculty of Educational Sciences for 8 years, the Vice Dean for 3 years, the head of Early Childhood Department for 10 years, and the head of Faculty Staff Development Division. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education of Arab Universitas. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-bidi-language: AR-JO;\"\u003eHe is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Modern Educational Trends, has 45 research papers, 13 scientific books, and has conducted more than 80 training courses.
