Dr. Harriet Cohen has been a life-long advocate for diversity issues. Her scholarship has included the grant entitled Perceived Disclosure Vulnerability of Lesbian and Gay Older Adults Living in Long Term Care Facilities funded by the Hogstel Gerontological Nursing Research Award. Rewrite Health is the vehicle for Ms. Cole to nurture individuals and families in the healing process by assisting them in writing their stories.
