Prior to this, she completed an M.Phil. in Geography titled \"Assessment of the Influence of Climate Variability on the Snow Cover Area of the Upper Beas River Basin\" from the same institution. Her professional experience encompasses roles as an Assistant Professor at Miranda House, University of Delhi, and a teaching assistant in the Department of Geography at Jawaharlal Nehru University. Additionally, she held a University Grant Commission of India (UGC) Junior \u0026amp; Senior Research Fellowship from 2012 to 2017.
