Dr Singh is the Chair of the ESPNIC Cardiovascular Hemodynamics Section and POCUS Working Group, and serves as the Director of the Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography, neonatal POCUS and Hemodynamics at Loma Linda University Hospital. Dr Singh has been a Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician with Expertise in Cardiology at Cambridge University Hospitals. \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\r\nDr. Cecile Tissot a senior Paediatric Cardiologist in Geneva, Switzerland and she is the Co-Chair of the ESPNIC POCUS Working Group.
