This book examines the sociocultural project that the “transnational turn” evident in historical scholarship of the last few decades represents, and how a “transnational history” shapes how historians construct their objects of study. His research interests include the global history of modern education, international education policies, and curriculum and textbook development.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eEugenia Roldán Vera\u003c\/b\u003e is Professor of History of Education at the Department of Educational Research in the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV), Mexico.
