Joseph Burt is director of the Erie VA Medical Library in Pennsylvania, USA. He has been a member of the Evidence-based Practice committee since 2018. He is the first Veterans Affairs Librarian to earn the Fuld National Institute EBP certification offered at The Ohio State University College of Nursing. He received his master's degree in library science from Indiana University Purdue Urbana Indianapolis and a BS in Religion from Liberty University.
