Before coming to SIUE, Dr. Foster supervised the \u003ci\u003eAmerica Reads Challenge\u003c\/i\u003e literacy program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and taught elementary and middle school in Springfield, Illinois.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eDr. Barbara Martin \u003c\/b\u003eis an assistant professor of teaching and learning in the School of Education, Health, and Human Behavior at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
