This book contains problems and solutions related to various algorithms used in VLSI physical design automation. The author believes that the best way to learn new algorithms is to walk through a small example solvable in 10-15 minutes by hand. This knowledge will greatly help to understand, analyze, and improve some of the well-known algorithms.
