Ian Peate is a Visiting Professor at Northumbria University, Visiting Professor Buckinghamshire New University and a Senior Clinical Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Nursing and the Consultant Editor of the Journal of Paramedic Practice and the International Journal for Advancing Practice.
David Brent is Operational Lead at the Adult Critical Care Transfer Service Cymru, coordinating and delivering transfers for critically ill adults across Wales. Having started there as a Retrieval and Transfer Practitioner, he has previously worked in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. His interests include retrieval medicine and the management of cardiogenic shock.
