Student-friendly chapters walk through key topics such as unionization, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and evolving legal frameworks, while minimizing jargon and legalistic language. Throughout the book, timely coverage of controversial and complex issues fosters critical thinking and real-world problem-solving skills.
