His research focuses on nanotechnology, advanced semiconductor devices, 2D materials, and next-generation photovoltaic systems, with an emphasis on high-efficiency and low-cost solar energy technologies.
SABINA ABDUL HADI is a Professor of Electrical Engineering in the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Dubai. Her research interests include semiconductor physics, device modeling and fabrication, thin-film materials, anti-reflective coating design, emerging photovoltaic technologies, semiconductor device characterization, and the application of artificial intelligence in semiconductor and photovoltaic technologies.
