Cary L. Cooper CBE is Pro Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University. He is Chair of The Sunningdale Institute in the National School of Government, Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences, President of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Editor of the journal Stress and Health.

James Campbell Quick is John and Judy Goolsby Distinguished Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Visiting Professor at Lancaster University Management School.
