Dr. Jordi Pérez-Romero is Assistant Professor in the field of radio communications at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), in the Radio Communications Group of the Signal Theory and Communications Department.
Dr. Oriol Sallent is Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. His research interests are in the field of mobile communication systems, especially packet radio techniques, spread-spectrum systems, radio resource and QoS management.
Prof. Ramon Agustí has, for the last fifteen years been concerned with the mobile communication systems and particularly in the last years with Radio Networks, Wireless Access Protocols, Radio Resources Management and QoS. He is currently running an international postgraduate annual course on mobile communications at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
Miguel Angel Díaz-Guerra works for the Radio Engineering group at Telefónica España.
